Hurricane #1 es (era para estos días) una banda inglesa formada por Alex Lowe en voces y guitarra, Will Pepper en bajo, Gareth Farmer en batería y Andy Bell en guitarras, quién había sufrido la separación de su emblemática banda shoegazer Ride hacían 2 años.
La banda inició sus actividades en 1996, y un año después nos traían su debút homónimo en formato CD.

En este segundo (y final) disco de esta banda, nos encontramos con un estilo más posmoderno, con presencia de bases un poco más electrónicas. Si bien no es lo mismo que el primer album, algunos temas son interesantes.
